We make billboard and outdoor advertising equity investments of up to $2 million. We can place equity of up to $15 million using our strategic relationships. We look for the following in an equity investment:
- Billboard acquisitions, billboard and digital sign builds, static to digital sign conversions and lease and easement purchases. We are not interested in transit advertising, mobile truck advertising or one-of-a-kind outdoor business models.
- Principals only. We prefer not to deal with finders or middlemen.
- A track record. You need to have billboard industry experience. If you don’t have outdoor advertising industry experience build your first sign with your money and then come to us to help you grow.
- A willingness to co-invest with us so that you have skin in the game.
- A majority position and control of the checkbook.
