October 2012 – We provided a $200,000 commitment to a Washington billboard company to refinance debt, retire payables and provide funds to construct signs.
September 2012 – We provided a $100,000 increase in a loan to a New York outdoor advertsising company to finance construction of new signs.
September 2012 – We provided a $200,000 commitment to a New Jersey outdoor advertising company to bring key vendors current.
July 2012 – We purchased a $677,000 seller note and a translator secured by the assets of a Hawaii broadcaster. The purchase provided the seller liquidity to pursue radio investments on the mainland. In connection with the purchase the seller note was renewed and extended to give the broadcaster financial security. The translator will enable the borrower to reach an unserved area.
April 2012 – We purchased the assets of radio stations KWNA-AM and KWNA-FM in Winemucca, Nevada in satisfaction for debt. Ely Radio, LLC was the seller.
January 2012 – Circle City Outdoor, LLC, an affiliate of WP Outdoor acquired seven billboard structures and 16 faces in Indianapolis from Maxxed Media, Inc.
